Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PawsPlanet. By using our assisted purchasing and forwarding services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Role

PawsPlanet provides international assisted purchasing and forwarding services (“the Service”). We act as your authorised agent to help you purchase products from third-party retailers, suppliers, and online marketplaces (“Third-Party Sellers”) and arrange shipment to your nominated address.

PawsPlanet is not the manufacturer, retailer, or supplier of the products you order. Our role is limited to:

  • Executing your purchase instructions accurately,

  • Making payments to the Third-Party Seller on your behalf, and

  • Coordinating international and domestic delivery to you.

We do not take ownership of goods at any point and do not provide product warranties or retail guarantees.

2. International Fulfilment

PawsPlanet operates through a global network of distribution centres and trusted logistics partners to ensure efficient and reliable order fulfilment.

Most orders shipped to Australia are handled by reputable international carriers with tracking provided. Depending on product type and availability, shipments may originate from Asia, Europe, or North America.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Taxes, Customs and Import Duties

PawsPlanet does not charge or collect GST on any orders.

As the importer of record, you are responsible for:

  • Any applicable import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities, and

  • Making payment for these charges directly to the courier or customs agency before delivery.

These costs are separate from PawsPlanet’s service fees.

PawsPlanet is not responsible for customs inspections, clearance delays, or additional costs that may arise during the importation process.

4. Product Quality, Warranties and Liability

Because PawsPlanet is not the original seller or manufacturer, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding product quality, safety, performance, or suitability for purpose.

All product-related concerns, including warranties, defects, or recalls, must be directed to the original Third-Party Seller or manufacturer.

Our service is limited strictly to facilitating the purchase and shipment of goods on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawsPlanet’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the service fees paid for that specific transaction.

5. Refunds and Returns

As PawsPlanet is not the product seller, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for goods purchased through our service.

Any return, exchange, or warranty claim must be made directly with the Third-Party Seller or manufacturer.

Refunds of PawsPlanet service fees will only be provided if:

  • Required by applicable law, or

  • A verified service error has occurred on our part.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.

Orders are processed once full payment is received.

PawsPlanet reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or decline an order if a product becomes unavailable,

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors, or

  • Refuse transactions suspected of fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimer

PawsPlanet acts solely as your purchasing and logistics facilitator, enabling you to access products from international markets conveniently and securely.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of goods supplied by Third-Party Sellers.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All product-related rights, warranties, and obligations rest with the original seller or manufacturer, and

  • PawsPlanet’s liability is strictly limited as described in these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where the service is provided or where the customer resides. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal principles.
