Product description Repellent drops against mites MitenEx ear cleaner is a composition of essential oils to ward off ear mites and to clean and care for irritated and sensitive external ear canals in dogs and cats and other pets. Ear mites are an unpleasant problem for our pets. The mites like to nest in the external ear canal and the inner ear. An infestation can be recognized by the often severe itching. The animals often shake their heads and may even scratch themselves bloody. Furthermore, large amounts of reddish-brown to black earwax are produced. If the mites are not removed in time, secondary bacterial infections can occur. Origin of the active ingredient from the leaves of the lemon eucalyptus Recommended use: Shake before use. Keep the animal's head slightly lowered (direction of the ear canal) and, depending on the size of the animal, apply 1-3 squirts of MitenEx ear cleaner into the outer ear canal every day. The cleaning and care effect can be further improved by careful massaging. The animal then shakes out the gently loosened dirt and earwax on its own. Duration of use: 3 weeks once daily, then 1-2 times per week until improvement. 1 squirt is approx. 0.2 ml. Store not below 18°C. ATTENTION • Contains citronellol. Can cause allergic reactions. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective gloves/eye protection/face protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If possible, remove any contact lenses. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/container at an approved waste disposal facility.
