But there is nothing to keep the\ndispenser from sliding down the leash 9 - The zipper to insert a roll of bags\nis too small, and the hole to release bags is too big. This makes it a\nstruggle to insert a new roll of bags, and then when the roll is almost done,\nthe entire thing falls through the hole.
